Groupfie provides AI-based photo sharing, QR-code based instant sharing, and a marketplace for digital video/image downloads.

2. User Obligations

Photographers using the platform must ensure they have the legal right to photograph individuals at events. Users purchasing digital products must provide a valid Gmail address for file delivery.

3. Intellectual Property

Unpurchased images and videos remain watermarked. Attempting to remove watermarks or bypass the Razorpay payment gateway is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Groupfie is not liable for data loss on third-party storage platforms like Google Drive or AWS, though we maintain rigorous backup protocols.
