Refund and Cancellation

1. Digital Products

Since Groupfie deals in digital downloads (Original Videos and Images), all sales are final. Once a file has been sent to your Gmail address, we cannot offer a refund.

2. Non-Delivery

If you have successfully completed a payment via Razorpay but have not received your file within 2 hours, please contact . If we cannot fulfill the delivery due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.

3. Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days as per Razorpay and banking standards.
